Not yet. Paid plans are not on sale, and nothing is charged anywhere. The prices on this page are the ones they open at. ### How is AI usage counted? Each plan gives Ramosa a weekly allowance for reading and drafting. It renews on a rolling 7 days, not on a calendar week, so there is no Monday rush and nothing to save up. ### What happens when a paid plan ends? You return to Free. Your mailboxes and your mail stay exactly where they are; Ramosa simply has less room to read and write for you until you choose a paid plan again. ### Can I get a refund? Yes. Within 14 days of any payment — the first one, a renewal, a yearly plan — ask and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the checkout, the receipt and any sales tax or VAT, and the charge on your statement comes from them. Prices are set in US dollars; Paddle may show the amount in your local currency, and shows the total, including tax, before you pay. ### How do I cancel a paid plan? Use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or the buyer tools at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net), or simply write to [Contact@Ottera.ltd](mailto:Contact@Ottera.ltd). Cancelling stops the next renewal; what you have paid for stays yours until the period ends, and then you return to Free. ### Will there be a yearly price? Yes. When paid plans open, Standard is $39 a year and Pro is $79 a year — about a third less than paying month by month. A yearly plan renews once a year, and the same 14-day refund applies to each payment.
