Refund Policy

# 14 days, *no questions asked.*

Every payment — the first one, a renewal, a yearly plan — can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge. You do not need a reason, and you do not need to stop using Ramosa first.

[ask for a refund](https://ramosa.app/refunds#how)·[Terms of Service](https://ramosa.app/terms)

How to ask

### Write to us.

Email [Contact@Ottera.ltd](mailto:Contact@Ottera.ltd) with the address you bought with and roughly when. “Please refund my Ramosa payment on [date]” is enough.

### Or ask Paddle.

Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or go to [paddle.net](https://paddle.net) and find the Ramosa transaction. Paddle took the payment, so Paddle returns it, normally to the card or account you paid with.

### To stop a renewal instead.

The same receipt has a “Manage subscription” link. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps what you paid for until the period ends.

## The Refund Policy, *in full.*

Effective date: 2 October 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and other Ramosa purchases made through Paddle for the global edition at https://ramosa.app. It forms part of the [Ramosa Terms of Service](https://ramosa.app/terms). It explains our additional refund promise, cancellation, and how these interact with your legal rights.

Ramosa is supplied by Shanghai Ottera Internet Technology Co., Ltd., Room 581, Building 2, No. 350 Xianxia Road, Changning District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China. Contact us at Contact@Ottera.ltd.

## Our 14 day refund promise

If you request a refund within 14 calendar days after a Ramosa payment, we will approve a full refund of that payment without requiring a reason. This promise covers the initial subscription payment, each automatic renewal payment, and a separately charged plan upgrade offered through Paddle. The same rule applies to the initial and renewal payments of a yearly plan.

Each payment has its own 14-day window. Refunding a renewal does not automatically refund older payments outside their windows. The full refund includes the amount charged for the relevant Ramosa item and associated tax, subject to Paddle's tax adjustment process. We do not deduct our transaction fee, impose a restocking charge, or require you to accept credits instead of money.

You do not need to demonstrate a defect, complete troubleshooting, or stay below an AI-usage threshold. Ordinary use of the application or its AI functions during the window does not remove this promise. Any statutory waiver relating to digital content does not by itself waive this additional contractual promise.

Send the request by the end of the 14th calendar day following the payment date. We accept the timestamp of a clear request received by us or Paddle; the request does not become late because verification or processing takes longer. Where a genuine time-zone ambiguity exists at the boundary, we resolve it in your favor.

## Who processes your refund

Paddle is the merchant of record and seller for purchases that identify it at checkout. It handles the money movement and transaction records; Ottera provides Ramosa and approves refunds covered by our promise. Paddle's [Buyer Terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and [Refund Policy](https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) govern Paddle's own relationship with you.

Our 14-day promise is an additional commitment by Ottera. It is not merely a statement that Paddle may choose to refund you. For an eligible request, we will approve it and submit the necessary refund instruction to Paddle. We will work with Paddle to resolve a processing problem and will not treat it as a reason to withdraw our promise. Any restriction that a valid payment or legal process imposes on how money can be returned will be explained to you.

## How to request a refund

Use either of these routes:

- Email Contact@Ottera.ltd with your purchase email address, the approximate payment date, and the Paddle transaction or order reference if available. A message such as “Please refund my Ramosa payment on [date]” is sufficient to start the request.
- Use the support or transaction-management link in your Paddle receipt, or visit [paddle.net](https://paddle.net) and request a refund for the Ramosa transaction. If needed, tell Paddle that Ramosa offers the refund promise in this Policy.

A missing order number does not automatically invalidate a timely request. We may ask for limited information to locate the payment and verify that you are entitled to the refund. Do not send a full card number, card security code, mailbox password, or unrelated emails. We do not require account deletion or a telephone call.

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and to send an eligible refund instruction promptly after necessary verification. We will tell you when it has been submitted and explain any delay. Refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Where that method cannot accept a refund, Paddle will arrange an appropriate alternative subject to verification. Applicable statutory refund deadlines take priority. The time a bank or payment provider takes to display a credit can differ from the processing date; contact us or Paddle if a confirmed refund has not appeared.

The refund is calculated in the transaction currency. Currency movements and fees independently charged by your bank or payment provider can affect the amount shown in your home currency. This does not authorize Ottera to deduct a fee from the refund we have promised or restrict any legal right to reimbursement of such a fee.

## Cancelling an automatic renewal

You can cancel renewal at any time through the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or the buyer tools at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net). You may also email Contact@Ottera.ltd and ask us to arrange cancellation. Make the request before the next renewal charge is initiated. We will honor the time of a clear request received by us; a processing delay on our side will not make you liable for a renewal that should have been stopped.

Ordinary cancellation stops later renewals and preserves paid access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation alone is not a request to refund a past payment, so say if you also want a refund. A refund request for a subscription normally includes cancellation of its future renewals unless you clearly request otherwise. We will confirm the outcome and the access end date.

Uninstalling Ramosa, removing a connected mailbox, revoking Google access, or clearing local data does not by itself cancel a subscription. If you request closure of your Ramosa account, we will also arrange cancellation of the linked subscription renewal. Contact us or Paddle promptly about a charge made after an effective cancellation so it can be corrected.

## After the 14 day window

Outside the additional 14-day promise, a change of mind or unused subscription time does not automatically entitle you to a refund. You may still cancel future renewal. This does not affect refunds or remedies for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a charge taken after effective cancellation, non-delivery, a material defect, a service that does not match its description, or any other circumstance where law requires a remedy.

If we permanently discontinue a paid service or cannot remedy the loss of a purchased core function during a paid period, we will arrange a proportionate refund for the unavailable remainder, or a greater remedy where required by law. We may offer an appropriate correction, re-performance, replacement, or refund according to the circumstances and applicable law. We will not require repeated unsuccessful troubleshooting as a condition of a remedy that you are legally entitled to receive.

Where several plan payments or credits are involved in an upgrade or downgrade, we will explain the adjustment so you are not charged twice or refunded the same amount twice. No adjustment removes your right to a full refund of an eligible distinct charge within its window.

## Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights

This Policy adds to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights. Depending on your location and the contract, you may have a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period and rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or unprovided digital content or services. Such rights may continue after our 14-day promise ends.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it by a clear statement to us or Paddle using the routes above or by any legally required withdrawal tool made available for the transaction. You do not have to use a particular form unless applicable law requires it. Where the law provides a withdrawal form, it remains optional if that law so provides. An eligible consumer may use Paddle's available online withdrawal function without contacting Ottera first.

Beginning supply does not automatically extinguish every statutory right. Any waiver, early-performance consent, or permitted proportionate charge must meet the applicable legal conditions and cannot be inferred solely from accepting these Terms or downloading the application. A statutory exception does not reduce Ottera's additional no-reason promise in Section 1.

## What happens to access and data

When a subscription payment is fully refunded, access to the paid entitlement for that refunded period ends when the refund is implemented, unless the confirmation or applicable law provides otherwise. An available free plan may remain. We will identify the effect in the refund confirmation. A partial refund does not silently cancel unrelated paid entitlements.

A refund does not delete your email provider's mailbox, automatically erase local files, or require surrender of unrelated user content. Account closure, local-data removal, and provider revocation are separate controls explained in the [Privacy Policy](https://ramosa.app/privacy). Records needed for the refund, tax, payment disputes, or legal obligations may remain for the applicable retention period.

## Errors and payment disputes

Please report an unrecognized, duplicate, or incorrect charge to us or Paddle as soon as you notice it. You retain any lawful right to contact your bank or payment provider, dispute a charge, or complain to a regulator; contacting us first is encouraged but is not a contractual condition of those rights.

An existing chargeback may affect how Paddle can issue a separate refund. We will coordinate the process so the same payment is not returned twice. We may verify a claim or refuse a fabricated claim for a payment that was not made, was already refunded, or does not belong to the requester. Normal use, dissatisfaction, or a good-faith refund request is not, by itself, refund abuse. Nothing here permits denial of a mandatory remedy.

## Changes and contact

We may update this Policy prospectively with an identified effective date and appropriate notice. A change does not remove a refund right that applied when the relevant payment was taken. If a specific offer expressly provides more favorable rights, we honor them. Mandatory law prevails over an inconsistent provision.

Contact Contact@Ottera.ltd for a Ramosa refund or cancellation, or use [Paddle buyer support](https://paddle.net) for the payment transaction. Postal correspondence may be sent to Shanghai Ottera Internet Technology Co., Ltd., Room 581, Building 2, No. 350 Xianxia Road, Changning District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China.
